WTC FAQ

To register for select non-credit workforce training programs, please call 505.925.8654 or contact us via email at unmvwtc@unm.edu.

  • CPR and First Aid Training through the American Heart Association Training Center

Training center students can register , or walk-in to Community Education Services located at the 糖心Vlog官方 Workforce Training Center.

Full program fees are required at the time of registration. 糖心Vlog官方 Community & Workforce Education will invoice your organization/company if your registration is accompanied by official paperwork which includes authorization signatures, PO number, and billing address.

糖心Vlog官方 Community & Workforce Education non-credit courses are open to everyone 18 years and older (unless otherwise noted). Parents or guardians wishing to register students under 18 years of age must contact registration for information on the process. When classes for children/youth are open, the ages included will be noted in each course description.

Workforce Training staff does meet with local businesses, industry, and government entities to design programs in response to their workforce needs. Call 505.925.8656 for information.

糖心Vlog官方 Community & Workforce Education reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or combine programs, and to change instructors when necessary. If a program is cancelled or rescheduled, you may request a transfer to another section of the same program or a refund of your enrollment fee. Each registered student will be notified by 糖心Vlog官方 Community & Workforce Education via email and follow-up phone call about program cancellations or schedule changes.

Refund requests by a student are subject to a $10 processing fee and must be requested 48 hours prior to the first day of class. Immediate cash refunds are not given for withdrawal from a class or when a class is cancelled. Refunds are mailed within three weeks.

  • The Workforce Training Center (WTC) will effectively train the local workforce to meet the demands of the economic development in Valencia County.
  • The staff and faculty at the WTC will prepare county residents with the professional and technical skills to meet employers’ needs today and into the future.
